President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi received, on Tuesday 20/8/2024, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken in New Alamein to discuss a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
Blinken arrived earlier in the day to New Alamein city in a visit to resume talks regarding a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
The visit of the US top diplomat falls within the framework of his Middle East tour that took him to Israel to discuss a set of issues related to the truce file.
