The Electricity Observatory said power outages would be less on Friday.
In its daily bulletin, the observatory said peak loads on Thursday lasted for seven hours, compared to more than 20 hours last week, and that the maximum load on Friday would be 24,900 MW.
It also said the minimum consumption was by 5.8 percent more than the same time last year, calling on citizens to refrain from using washing machines, vacuum cleaners, irons, kettles and electric furnaces and heaters during peak hours.
