The power grid is in a better condition due to declining temperatures, said the Electricity Regulatory Authority.
It also said that consumption exceeded production by an hour and a half on Thursday.
Loads were eased by 1250 MW, including 875 MW by cutting power and 375 MW by reducing loads.
The maximum load on Thursday was 23,000 MW and the minimum was 16,275 MW, while the load is expected to hit 22,000 MW on Friday.
Reducing loads is done with the approval of industrial users for a maximum of one hour.
