Port Said Airport will start its daily operations in July 17 in cooperation with the tourism company “Tishoury” and the “Airline Petroleum Services” company, Governor of Port Said Adel Al-Ghadban announced Saturday.
The Governor of Port Said confirmed that cooperation has been made with a number of tourism companies to activate internal tourism between Port Said and cities (Marsa Alam, Sharm al-Sheikh and Taba) at reasonable prices for citizens.
This comes in line with the governorate’s plan to put Port Said on the map as a tourist city, and a meeting will be held during the coming week with a large number of tourism companies to push domestic tourism, Ghadban said.
He explained that restarting Port Said airport is an important step forward which fulfills the demands of the people of Port Said, and that the airport will witness a great turnout due to cooperation with tourism companies to activate internal tourism.
