Policeman’s wife was killed on Monday after being shot from gun of her husband while cleaning it.
She was transferred to private hospital in Hurghada, then to Cairo as she was in bad condition. She died along on the way.
Police report was filed. Prosecution conducted investigations.
Red Sea Security Chief Hamdy al-Gazzar was notified about death of wife of police captain from port security department, who works at Hurghada International Airport.
Investigations showed that while the policeman was cleaning his gun, the wife was mistakenly shot at the stomach.
