Against the backdrop of a burning National Democratic Party headquarters, three flaming police vehicles burned along Corniche al-Nil in Cairo.
Protesters set the first police truck on fire after flipping it over and pouring what appeared to be gasoline on it near Qasr al-Nil Bridge.
The protesters came off the bridge and filled the Corniche and the road heading into Tahrir.
Surrounding the burning vehicle on both sides, protesters hurled rocks and glass at passing armored trucks, which sped away toward Maadi.
