Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly has said the dream of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to build one million housing units for low-income youth and families is about to come true.
In press statements on Saturday 30/12/2023, Madbouly noted the government has delivered housing units today as part of “Housing Unit for all Egyptians,” and within a short period the number will be completed.
The project is one of the greatest adopted by the Egyptian state during modern era, he said, noting the program will continue regardless of the state’s conditions, because it serves a very important sector of the young people.
The Premier said “We have one million housing units in a housing project for all Egyptians, and if the average family is four to five individuals, about five million Egyptian citizens would benefit from this program, in addition to the 300,000 housing units for unsafe houses.”
He stressed that the initiative is one of the most important projects of the Egyptian state.
