Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly underlined Thursday the government’s full support to the Unified Governmental Complaint Mechanism in receiving, responding electronically and contributing to solutions pertaining to citizens’ complaints.
All efforts come within the framework of measures aimed at solving problems facing citizens in the various Egyptian governorates.
Meantime, Director of the Unified Governmental Complaint Mechanism Tareq Refaei said 87,500 complaints were filed during April 2023.
About 69,500 complaints were reviewed and needed response has been taken from various governorates, ministries and bodies concerned, he added.
