Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly has asserted the government’s keenness to promote confidence with citizens, especially through the government’s unified complaints mechanism that works on dealing with them.
This came during the premier’s follow-up of the efforts exerted under the complaints mechanism during September 2023.
The mechanism’s director Tareq al-Refai said the mechanism receives nearly 126,000 complaints in September 2023.
He added that 98,000 complaints were referred to the bodies concerned.
