Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly on Thursday chaired a meeting to follow up on offering some real estate assets in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) and the New Alamein to the private sector.
Cabinet Spokesman Nader Saad said the premier noted that the State decided to assign an international real estate evaluator to estimate the value of the offered assets.
The spokesman added the offered real estate assets include some residential neighborhoods in the New Administrative Capital, such as the “R5 -New Garden City” neighborhood and the Central Business District, as well as a number of towers in the New Alamein City.
Saad stated the meeting took up a plan to develop the ministries complex and the Khedivial Cairo area, especially as the government is set to fully relocate to the NAC at the end of June.
