Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly commended investments of Saudi Almarai Company in Egypt and its role in boosting food security strategy.
Madbouly asserted the government’s utmost keenness on encouraging the company to expand its projects in the Egyptian market in the coming period.
The premier’s remarks came at a meeting Thursday, in the presence of vice chief executive of the Saudi Arabia-based food and beverages business Sheikh Faisal AlHadi and a number of officials of Beyti company for foodstuffs – an Almarai Subsidiary – to discuss vistas of expanding and scaling up the investments of the Saudi company in the Egyptian market.
Beyti Egypt’s CEO Mark Wiley attended the meeting.
In turn, Hadi praised directives of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to support and encourage Saudi investments.
He said the Saudi multinational dairy company is reiterating its commitment to expanding its investments in Egypt.
He added he is taking pride that Beyti company is mainly contributing to achieving food security in the Egyptian market.
For his part, Wiley talked about tireless efforts made by the company to attain food security in the Egyptian market.
