
Egypt’s First Lady Entisar al-Sisi sent a message of thanks to King Felipe VI of Spain and Queen Letizia after she was awarded an honorary medal during her official visit to Madrid.
“Your Majesties King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain, I extend my heartfelt gratitude and deep appreciation for the great honor you have graciously bestowed upon me,” Entisar al-Sisi said in a post on her official Facebook page.
“The medal of honor you presented to me represents a profound symbol of your noble sentiments, and I will always treasure this gracious gesture with utmost respect and gratitude,” she added.
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and First Lady Entissar al-Sisi hosted a dinner banquet on Wednesday evening at the Giza Pyramids in honor of King Felipe VI of Spain and his wife, Queen Letizia of Spain.
The event was held to celebrate the king’s visit to Egypt.
The official spokesperson for the Presidency Mohamed al-Shennawy stated that the President reiterated his welcome to King Felipe VI, emphasizing that the visit represents a strong boost to the strategic partnership between Egypt and Spain.
