Giza Public Funds detectives arrested a headhunter swindling unsuspecting jobseekers looking for work abroad in return for cash.
The 42-year-old swindler, a teacher, and his accomplice, a 35-year-old unemployed man, convinced the applicants that they would send them to Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
Investigators seized 87 passports, LE13,400, phony contracts, application forms, a laptop and a scanner.
They placed a sign outside their phony company that reads: Recruitment Abroad.
Both admitted to charges of fraud.
