Clad in their white coats, hundreds of Egyptian pharmacists marched from Qasr al-Aini Hospital to Tahrir Square to join protesters Friday afternoon.
Some of the Pharmacists Syndicate members joined the march, rejecting President Hosni Mubarak's Thursday speech and demanding that he step down immediately.
We do not demand the beautifying of the old system, we demand a new one, they said.
