One worker was killed and eight other people wounded on Sunday in a gun fight between the families of al-Barargah and al-Rakow in the city of Tahta, in Northern Sohag.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the man killed, Diaa Kamal, a factory worker, 20, did not take part in the fight. Some eight others wounded were transferred to hospital and the prosecution took on the investigations.
The prosecution ordered an autopsy of the dead body and the arrest of members from both families who were in the gunfight.
