Prominent musician Omar Khairat has decided to return to cassette recording after a seven-year hiatus, signing a contract with a music records company.
The contract involves three albums that will include new musical pieces, as well as a number of his famous compositions for TV series and movies.
Khairat has been awarded numerous rewards in Egypt. His music has been played at several international events abroad.
He composed distinguished soundtracks for dozens of Egyptian movies and TV series.
Khairat occasionally performs concerts at Egypt’s Opera House.
