The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has fully accomplished its 2014-2015 plan.
The plan cost some 13 billion pounds, Housing Minister Moustafa Madbouli said on Saturday.
It is the first time NUCA has fully implemented its plan, Madbouli said, noting that the authority is currently working to extend utilities to lands allocated during the 2015-2016 fiscal year.
About 1,900 feddans have been sold and allocated as industrial lands in the 10th of Ramadan City, Madbouli said, adding that utilities are yet to be extended.
Work is also underway to complete extending utilities to about 6,000 feddans in New Borg el Arab city, Sadat City and the 10th of Ramadan city.
