The Egyptian Meteorological Authority expects a significant drop in temperatures on Saturday.
Cold weather will prevail during the day in Greater Cairo, southern Lower Egypt, northwestern coasts, northern Lower Egypt and northeastern coasts.
Moderate weather is predicted over central and South Sinai and the Red Sea mountain ranges and northern Upper Egypt, and warmer temperatures over southern Upper Egypt.
Very cold temperatures are predicted at night in all parts.
Light to medium rain, sometimes thunderstorm, will extend to Greater Cairo, and may reach torrential rains in central and South Sinai, the Red Sea mountain ranges, and northern Upper Egypt, amid active wind in all parts.
