A 25-year-old Bedouin woman was killed and three members of her family were wounded on Wednesday when a mortar projectile hit her house in the village of Abu Tawila, south of Sheikh Zuweid in North Sinai.
Mariam Awad Salama's body was transferred to the Sheikh Zuweid Hospital morgue and the injured were taken to Al-Arish General Hospital for treatment. Authorities have been notified to conduct investigations.
