CAIRO, Oct 22 (MENA) – President of Egypt’s National Council for Human Rights (NCHR) Moshira Khattab said Sunday Egypt peace summit sent a message of hope to world peoples regarding Egypt’s role towards the Palestinian cause at all levels.
During the annual 16th forum of human rights themed “Civil Society Institutions and facing population increase problem” Khattab asserted that Egypt has played a historical role by calling on the international community to send humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.
She pointed out that President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi’s speech during the summit was strong and extremely expressive about the tragic current events and the violations of human rights committed by the Israeli aggression against Palestinians. (MENA)
