A natural DIY remedy for coughs

As the weather changes, flu spreads among children as well as the adults. It spreads even more when students return back to school.

The worst symptoms of flu often clear up in the first few days. However, the cough can continue for weeks. Instead of consuming bottles of medicine to treat the cough, many prefer to take natural remedies, which can clear up the problem quickly and effectively.

Moreover, the well-known natural ingredients in home remedies mean less worry when treating children. After all, many parents are concerned about the undiscovered side-effects of some medicines sold through pharmacies.
