NASL on international tours against authority in Egypt

Ehab Sheeha, head of Asala Party, member of the National Alliance to Support Legitimacy (NASL) said the alliance is continuing its African and European tours as well as visits to Washington, South Africa, Bosnia and Herzegovina to convince them not to recognize authority in Egypt.

In statements from South Africa to Al-Masry Al-Youm, Sheeha said, “a number of alliance leaders have met abroad with the international legal team led by Rodney Dixon, a lawyer in London, to review reports filed by Muslim Brotherhood leaders against Interim President Adly Mansour, Defense Minister abdel Fattah al-Sisi, Interior Minister Mohamed Ibrahim, Prime Minister Hazem al-Beblawy and other ministers to the International Criminal Court for performing coup and dispersing peaceful protests.”

Regarding support to any presidential hopeful, Sheeha said, “the alliance has a firm stance which is boycotting any coming electoral process until the downfall of the coup and reinstatement of deposed President Mohamed Morsy’s legitimacy.”
