A car crash involving multiple vehicles on the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road on Sunday resulted in four people being killed and several others injured.
Egypt’s General Department of Traffic said that two trucks hit a number of cars which caused the initial accident to occur.
Service personnel moved to the scene and the injured were transferred to a nearby hospital.
The General Department of Traffic called on all people to adhere to traffic instructions and rules to prevent accidents like this from happening.
