On Sunday, Cairo Criminal Court will resume the retrial of ousted President Hosni Mubarak, his two sons Alaa and Gamal, fugitive businessman Hussein Salem, former Interior Minister Habib al-Adly, as well as six of his aides, on charges of murdering protesters and exporting natural gas to Israel bellow market prices.
The session is scheduled to be held at the Police Academy while restricting all press access.
The court is scheduled to listen to the testimony of journalist Ibrahim Eissa as a prosecution witness, since he was one of the first people to file complaints in the case of the killing of demonstrators.
It would also kisten to Brigadier General Ayman Fahim Ahmad, from the Republican Guard, since he has applied to the court to testify .
The court had listened on Saturday session, to Major General Mohamed Farid al-Tohamy, head of the General Intelligence Service, as he has served as Chairman of the Administrative Control Authority in January 2011.
