Muslim Brotherhood MP Ahmed abu Baraka on Monday filed a lawsuit before the administrative court against the presidential decision to send voters to the ballot boxes for parliamentary elections on 28 November.
Abu Baraka said the decision violated many necessary procedures prior to elections.
The lawsuit argued that, according to the latest constitutional amendments, the election supreme commission is permitted to issue, as well as revise, voter schedule preparation directives.
