Morsy’s son proven to have taken drugs: Forensic medicine report

The final report on analyzing samples taken from Abdullah Morsy, son of the deposed President Mohamed Morsy, and his friend indicated they took drugs, said a source from the Forensic Medicine Department.

The two-page report showed that the urine samples taken from Abdullah and his friend, Mohamed Emad Abdel Moneim al-Shamy, were positive, which indicates that they took hashish, the source told Al-Masry Al-Youm on Wednesday.

 

The report showed that the blood sample of Abdullah was free of Tramadol, the source added.

The samples of Abdullah and his friend will be sent to prosecution to take necessary measures, according to the source.

On Sunday, prosecution released both of them pending investigations. Both were accused of possessing hashish cigarettes.They were arrested while the car was stationed on the side of the road in Obour city.
