Police on Monday ordered the arrest of five students from Zagazig University, including ousted President Mohamed Morsy’s cousin, after students protested on campus on Sunday.
Violence broke out at the university on Sunday when pro-Muslim Brotherhood students clashed with fellow students. Some were injured and buildings and cars were damaged.
Prosecutors charged Morsy's cousin, a law student, with throwing Molotov cocktails and rocks at the engineering faculty building.
The prosecution detained three other students for throwing Molotov cocktails and taking photographs of protests and clashes without permission from university security guards.
