Liverpool’s star Mohamed Salah shared on his Instagram story feature a WhatsApp conversation with his mother, who jokingly responded to a photo showing a female fan hugging the football star.
“Oh, what is this! If I saw your father in this situation, I would file for divorce against him,” Salah’s mother wrote in the chat.
A few days ago, Salah paid a quick visit to Dubai where he shot a commercial for the sports brand Adidas when a photo showing a fangirl hugging him went viral on social media, prompting comments expressing mixed reactions.
Salah reacted with a cry laughing emoji on the shared story.
Liverpool’s Salah won 2018 African Player of the Year for the second year consecutively. He is the fourth African player to snatch this title back-to-back following El Hadji Diouf, Samuel Eto’o, and Yaya Touré.
