Mohamed Salah, the star of the English club Liverpool FC, praised the level and quality of services provided by the Rashid Center for People of Determination during his visit to the center in Dubai, UAE, on Monday.
During his visit, Salah toured the center’s departments and its various classes. He was briefed on the rehabilitation and treatment programs the center possesses. Salah also visited the music room and the center’s sports halls.
He listened to an explanation about the sports therapy methods provided to the students, and also followed a group of students’ activities where he reviewed their activities and participated in a football match with them.
At the end of the visit, the founder of the Rashid Center for People of Determination, Ahmed Khoury, honored Salah, and awarded him the center’s memorial shield in appreciation of his visit, interaction and deep sense of community responsibility.
Salah also presented a signed Liverpool shirt as a gift from him to the children of the center.
Salah leads the English Liverpool FC squad in the “Dubai Super Cup 2022” tournament, which is organized in cooperation with Emirates Airlines, the Dubai Sports Council and Al Nasr Sports Club, and its matches will be held at Al Maktoum Stadium from December 8-16.
