
The International Federation of Professional Footballers (FIFPRO) announced the shortlist for the world’s best 11 players of 2025—the “Ideal XI” or “World 11″—on Monday evening.
The list is headlined by Egyptian legend Mohamed Salah, who players for English club Liverpool.
The official FIFPRO account posted an image on the X platform with the caption: “The 26-player shortlist for the 2025 Men’s World 11, based on votes from players worldwide.”
The statement added: “The final squad will be revealed on November 3.”
