Actor Mohamed Ramadan announced the season season of “Gaafar al-Omda” will premiere in Ramadan 2024.
The second season will be written by Mohab Tariq and Mohamed Samy and directed by Samy.
The TV series makers decided to continue the show after its first season recorded a huge success in Ramadan 2023.
Ramadan shared a picture with producer Mohamed al-Saady, commenting: “Yesterday I signed a contract for the second part of (Gaafar al-Omda) series. And I rest assured and trust God it will be much stronger than the first part.”

He added the series will be produced by Media Hub, written by Samy and Tariq, directed by Samy and will be shown in Ramadan 2024.
“Gaafar al-Omda” stars Ramadan, Zina, Hala Sedky, Iman al-Assi, Menna Fadaly, Ahmed Dash, Munther Rayahna, Essam al-Sakka, Farida Saif al-Nasr, Magdy Badr, Ahmed Fahim, Fattouh Ahmed Salwa Othman, Farida Saif al-Nasr and others.
The first season was written and directed by Samy.
