Meteorologists predict moderate weather across Egypt’s northern coasts on Monday.
Hot weather is predicted for Lower Egypt, Cairo and north of Upper Egypt with the highest temperatures anticipated south of Upper Egypt during the daylight, growing milder by night.
Maximum temperatures in the following cities are 29C in Alexandria, 30C in Cairo, 36C in Qena, 36C in Luxor and 38C in Aswan.
Mist will affect visibility over the northern parts in the morning. Low and Medium-clouds cover the north, accompanied by rainfalls in the far west.
Moderate Winds are northwestern in direction and active in Gulf of Suez, disrupting navigation in the gulf.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be light to moderate, ranging between 1 to 1.5 meters, while waves in the Red are moderate to rough, ranging between 2 to 2.5 meters.
Surface winds are northwesterly for both seas.
