Moderate weather expected Thursday

Mild spring weather is expected on Thursday on the North Coast, slightly hot on Lower Egypt, Cairo, and north Upper Egypt, whereas very hot weather will prevail in south Upper Egypt during the day, and will be slightly cold at night, according to the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA).
 
According to the EMA website, temperature in Cairo will reach 30C during the day on Thursday and 17C at night, in Marsa Alam 40C during the day and 22C at night, in Hurghada 40C during the day and 21C at night, in Sharm al-Sheikh 36C during the day and 23C at night, in Luxor 41C during the day and 20C at night, and in Aswan 41C during the day and 21C at night.
 
Low and medium-hanging clouds are expected in the North.
 
Moderate winds are expected to blow in from the northwest, active in flat areas of Upper Egypt, in the Gulf of Suez and the Red Sea, possibly affecting navigation.
 
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be between 1-2 meters high with northwest surface winds.
 
In the Red Sea, waves will be between 2-3 meters high, with northwest surface winds.
