Meteorologists expect moderate weather on Monday across the country’s northern parts and in the north of Upper Egypt, while warm weather is predicted across the south of Upper Egypt during daylight hours while it will be very cold through the night.
Frost is expected on plantations in central Sinai. Mist will affect visibility during morning hours on the country’s northern coasts, Lower Egypt, Cairo and Suez Canal.
Low and medium level cloud cover is predicted for the north. Winds are mostly southwesterly and light to moderate in most areas.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea will range between 1.5 to 2 meters high, with northwesterly surface winds in both seas.
Maximum temperatures predicted for the following cities are as follows: 21C in Cairo, 20C in Alexandria, 23C in Qena, 24C in Luxor, and 25C in Aswan.
