Egypt’s Meteorological Authority announced Wednesday that moderate temperatures will prevail over Greater Cairo, the Delta governorates, the northern coasts, Upper Egypt, and South Sinai starting Friday.
Active winds are expected for Greater Cairo, the northern coasts, and Southern Upper Egypt during the coming 24 hours.
The authority stated that Friday will mark the end of the current heatwave, with temperatures to decrease by four degrees across Egypt.

Cairo: 37C
Qena: 42C
Luxor: 43C
Aswan: 44C
