The Ministry of Transitional Justice Ibrahim el-Heneidy sent a draft law on equality and the prevention of discrimination among citizens to the Specialized National Councils for amendment.
The ministry handed the bill to the National Council for Human Rights, the National Council for Women, the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood and the National Council for People with Disabilities, said a statement on Tuesday.
After receiving the amendments, the ministry will put forward the law to societal dialogue.
