Minister of the Public Enterprise Sector Mahmoud Esmat had talks with leaderships of the Cotton & Textile Industries Holding Company.
In a statement on Saturday, the minister reviewed the pilot operation of the textile factory IV of the Misr Spinning & Weaving Co., El Mehalla El Kubra, in preparation for its official opening.
Esmat said the national project for developing spinning and weaving industry is the largest in the sector’s history.
He underlined deep interest in boosting exportation and opening new markets abroad for Egyptian cotton products.
