Minister of Transitional Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Ibrahim Henedi said that the Constitution obligates the House of Representatives to issue some laws in its first session such as the laws regulating the building and renovation of churches and transitional justice .
The lower house of parliament will also amend some existing laws to conform to the Constitution including the laws regulation the House of Representatives elections and exercise of political rights, said Henedi.
