Domestic Trade and Food Supply Minister Khaled Hanafy described Israeli declaration of digging new canal at Ashdod port on the starting day of construction of the international logistic center in Damietta as ‘jealousy’ and ‘hatred’ by Israel toward the Egyptian national projects to boost economy and secure its needs as well as those of the Arab and African countries of strategic goods and grains.
The Israeli declaration is evidence that Egypt is on the right path toward better future, Hanafy told Al-Masry Al-Youm.
He also added that the government will continue its national project and will not step back.
