Minister of Industry and Trade Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour announced that Egyptian exports of non-petroleum products have increased over last August by 24.88 percent compared to the same month of the previous year.
The value of non-oil exports during August 2014 amounted to about LE11.92 billion compared with LE9.33 billion during August 2013, bringing the total Egyptian exports of non-petroleum products until August 2014 to about LE106.65 billion, according to Abdel Nour.
