Meteorologists expect mild weather in Lower Egypt and Cairo on Sunday, with colder weather in the northern coasts.
Warm weather is expected for Upper Egypt during daylight, growing very cold at night through the entire country.
Maximum temperatures expected for the following cities are 18C in Alexandria, 20C in Cairo, 24C in Qena and Luxor and 25C in Aswan.
Low and medium-level-clouds are predicted over the entire country, accompanied by rainfall in Egypt’s northern parts, Sinai, Lower Egypt and Cairo.
Winds will be northwesterly, disturbing sand and dust in South Sinai and Upper Egypt,and possibly disrupting maritime navigation in the Mediterranean and Red Seas.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be rough and range between 2 to 2.5 meters while waves in the Red Sea are will be rougher, ranging between 2.5 to 3 meters. Surface winds are northwesterly on both seas.
