Meteorologists expect mild weather to prevail on Sunday across most of the country, with hotter temperatures in southern Upper Egypt during the day turning colder at night across all parts.
Visibility will decrease in the morning due to dense mist throughout Lower Egypt, Cairo, the Suez Canal cities, and northern Upper Egypt.
Low- and medium-level clouds will increase over northern parts. The wind, mostly northeasterly and moderate, will be active over the Red Sea and Gulf of Suez, leading to disruption of maritime navigation.
The height of Mediterranean waves will reach between one to 1.5 meters, with northwesterly winds blowing; whereas the height of the Red Sea waves will reach between two to 2.5 meters, with northwesterly winds prevailing.
Maximum temperatures expected on Monday are 27C in Cairo; 23C in Alexandria; 31C in Luxor; and 31C in Aswan.
