Meteorologists expect cold weather on Egypt’s eastern coasts on Tuesday, while it will be mild on the northwestern coasts and in Lower Egypt and Cairo until northern Upper Egypt.
The weather will be warm in southern Upper Egypt during daylight hours, growing very cold at night throughout the entire country.
Maximum temperatures predicted for the following cities are 19C in Cairo and Alexandria, 21C in Hurghada, 22C in Sharm el-Shaikh, 23C in Qena, 24C in Luxor, and 25C in Aswan.
Mist will affect visibility in the morning through Lower Egypt and Cairo until northern Upper Egypt, and it will be dense in some areas. Low and medium-level clouds are also expected. Winds will be mostly southwesterly and moderate.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea will be low to moderate and range between 1 to 1.5 meters in height, with southwesterly surface winds on the Mediterranean Sea and easterly to northwesterly on the Red Sea.
