Meteorologists expect mild weather in the northern coast and northern Upper Egypt on Friday. Moderate weather is expected for southern Upper Egypt during the daylight, growing cold at night.
Low and medium-level clouds would appear over the northern coast, Lower Egypt and South Sinai, accompanied by rainfall in the Red Sea mountains, Halayeb and Shalateen.
Temperatures predicted are 22C in Cairo, 21C in Alexandria, 27 in Aswan, 26C in Luxor and 25C in Qena.
Winds are expected to be mostly northeasterly and moderate in strength, disturbing sands in some areas, and affecting maritime navigation on the Mediterranean and Red seas.
Waves in the Mediterranean and Red seas will be moderate to rough and range between 2 to 2.5 meters in height. Surface winds will be southwesterly to northwesterly in both seas.
