Egypt’s meteorologists predict that mild temperatures will dominate the northern coasts, Lower Egypt, Cairo and the north of Upper Egypt on Friday while hot weather is expected for the south of Upper Egypt during daylight.
Weather will grow mild at night throughout the country.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 28C in Alexandria, 35C in Cairo, 36C in Sohag, 37C in Qena and 39C in Aswan.
Mist will impact visibility across the country’s northern parts in the morning, and low- and medium-level clouds will cover the north of the country.
Winds will be mostly northwesterly and will be active on the western coasts.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be light to moderate and will range between 1 and 1.5 meters in height, while waves in the Red Sea will be moderate and will range between 1.5 and 2 meters with northwestern surface winds on both seas.
