A member of the media center of the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA), Manar Ghanem, announced the expected weather conditions for Thursday in Greater Cairo.
During a phone interview with Ahmed Diab on the “Sabah El Balad” program, Ghanem explained that Thursday’s weather in Greater Cairo will be mild, with the maximum temperature reaching 28 degrees Celsius.
Thursday will see stable weather conditions with moderate wind speeds, she noted, with the dusts and sand stirred up by wind activity subsiding in most governorates.
Temperatures will be around the average for this time of year.
Ghanem added that, “There will be some wind activity today in Greater Cairo, South Sinai, the Red Sea mountain ranges, and northern and southern Upper Egypt, but it will not significantly affect the general movement of citizens. Summery conditions will prevail in the coming period, meaning that light clothing can be worn during the day with thicker clothing at night.”
