The Egyptian Meteorological Authority warned of falling temperatures during the coming hours, with cold weather during the day and very cold weather at night until Wednesday.
Meteorologists appealed to citizens to wear heavy winter clothes, especially during the night hours, due to wind activity. They also urged citizens to stay away from banners and billboards for fear of falling at any moment due to the winds.
Meteorologists predict moderately cold weather during the daytime on Monday in Greater Cairo, southern Lower Egypt, while cold weather expected on northern coasts, northern Lower Egypt, and central Sinai. Warm weather predicted on northern Upper Egypt, South Sinai, and Red Sea mountains.
Moderately hot weather is expected on southern Upper Egypt.
The weather will be very cold at night in all parts of the country ranging between five and 15C degrees.

Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be low to moderate ranging between 1.5 and 1.75 meters in height, with northern to northeastern surface. Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate ranging between 1.5 and 2.25 meters in height, with northwestern surface winds.
