Meteorologists warn that the country will be exposed to desert depressions and a heat wave on Friday.
Temperatures are expected to reach 38C in Cairo and to exceed 40C in the south of the country, so that higher temperatures will prevail compared to normal rates recorded during this time of the year.
Meteorologists expect active dry southern winds, sand and dust in the west of the country, the Delta, Cairo and northern Upper Egypt, and thus affecting horizontal visibility on desert roads.
According to satellites, the desert depression will cross Egypt on Friday, toward the Levant region, and accordingly, the temperatures will drop quickly in Egypt to return to normal rates on Saturday, April 30.
