Minya security services arrested an unemployed 19-year-old man who allegedly lured a child to an abandoned house, where he raped then killed her.
Major General Osama Metwally, Minya security chief, was notified that villagers found body of a six-year old child in an empty house.
Investigators say that the young man saw the girl sitting alone near the house, which belonged to one of his relatives. He deceived her saying that he was playing with one of his relatives and then lured her inside where he raped and killed her.
Authorities say the man was a drug addict and that the girl’s father works in an Arab country.
