Meteorologists predict that light rains will fall on Lower Egypt on Thursday and on South Sinai on Friday as a result of accumulated ground moisture rising to form rain clouds.
Sources at the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) explained that geographical factors at theĀ Sinai governorate such as its mountain ranges has caused moisture accumulated in the ground to form clouds and fog, which caused Tuesday’s rainfall in Saint Catherine.
The sources also denied any connection to the rainfall in Sudan, as the factors causing both rains are different.
